Description：

Developed in 1986, the 2.4 mm connector is a 50 ohm screw-on precision connector designed for operation up to 50 GHz. The 2.4 mm connectors are standardized according to IEC 61169-40 and are used in a wide range of applications including satellites, test & measurement, and radars. The connectors are mechanically compatible with 1.85 mm connectors. They look similar to the SMA and 3.5 mm connectors but cannot mate with SMA, 3.5mm and 2.92mm without the use of precision adapters.
